Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Butayban
Dr. Mohammed is an academic and legal consultant and a faculty member at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. He specializes in Islamic banking, financial dispute resolution, and has authored a research thesis titled "Rulings on Losses and Their Contemporary Applications." Dr. Mohammed has extensive experience in commercial arbitration, legal and Shariah consultancy, and training. He has a strong background in managing and developing endowment projects. He is a certified Shariah advisor in financial jurisprudence and dispute resolution and is also a specialist in financial dispute settlements, a legal consultant, and a compliance reviewer. Furthermore, Dr. Mohammed is a member of several Shariah committees of various Islamic financial institutions.

Sheikh Dr. Irshad Ahmad Aijaz Dr. Irshad holds a specialization in Fatwa from Darul Uloom University and a PhD in Islamic Studies from the University of Karachi, where his thesis focused on “Stock Market Activities: An Analytical Study from an Islamic Perspective.” In addition to serving as a Shariah advisor and a member of the Shariah Board appointed by the State Bank of Pakistan to develop standards for Islamic financial institutions, he also leads the task force established by the Bank to explore alternatives for agricultural finance. Dr. Irshad is a member of the Shariah Board of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) and has contributed to revising the Shariah standard on Mudarabah. He was also part of the committees that developed the Shariah standards for converting conventional banks to Islamic banks, organized Tawarruq, and Murabaha transactions. Dr. Irshad is a faculty member at Iqra University, the National Institute of Banking and Finance (State Bank of Pakistan), the Center for Islamic Economics, and the Sheikh Zayed Islamic Center.
